The free-floating coating machine is a high vacuum roll-to-roll evaporation coating equipment. Featuring an innovative floating coating design, it reduces roll change and cleaning time to maximize production hours. It delivers world-class coating speed and outstanding efficiency, lifting production capacity by 50–80%. It achieves coating with no blank lines, no edge lines, no wrinkles, no aluminum splashes and no contamination. The evaporation boats adopt top clamping and staggered layout for uniform coating. The coating drum maintains consistent surface temperature for superior cooling performance, minimizing film thermal deformation and preserving surface tension. It is especially suitable for low-tension films such as CPP, PE and BOPP.
